Qudrat: A Sustainable Solution to Plastic Waste
Qudrat is purpose-driven and inspirational. Despite traveling worldwide, Rohan and Rishab consistently see plastic waste on trails, regardless Qudrat not just believe in preaching about reducing plastic waste but also actively practicing in it.
Risabh who loves to surf nurseries for plants when he is not working. He has always been fascinated with green projects and sustainable ideas. An entrepreneur since a young age, he feels that the greatest threat to the planet is the belief that someone else will save it.
Rohan a marine engineer by profession and a sailor at heart, he has been sailing the entrepreneurial waters for some time now. As a nature lover, he strives to create a versatile alternative suitable for any event, anytime, and anywhere.
After two years of study and labour, Rohan and Rishabh provided a sustainable substitute for the hazardous plastic products that frequently wind up in landfills or contaminate our environment.

With the goal of replacing single-use plastic with environmentally friendly substitutes derived from agricultural waste, they introduced Qudrat in 2022. With 64 lakhs in seed money, the two invested their love of sustainability in creating cutting-edge goods.
Qudrat developed a range of disposable dinnerware produced from agri-waste such as Rice Husk plates, Coconut leaf straws, Edible straws, Natural Fibre plates, Bagasse Clamshell Boxes, Natural Fibre Cutlery among many other diverse ranges.
Since their products acquired popularity so fast, Qudrat has helped more than 60 brands in cafes, hotels, and restaurants lessen their plastic impact. With yearly sales of 3 crores, the brand is demonstrating that environmentally responsible companies can be successful and have a significant impact.
Qudrat was inspired by Rohan and Rishab’s passion for hiking and their environmental consciousness. They felt that a change to more sustainable items could have a significant impact because they were frequently troubled by the sight of plastic waste throughout their trips, even in far-flung places. Qudrat actively focused to contribute to the solution rather than only discussing the need to reduce plastic waste.
